Pre-order Notes
If you are pre-ordering, please read the following FAQs.
Delivery times vary for each product, so please check the description on the page of the product you pre-ordered. Please note that we cannot accept specific delivery date or time requests.
Items will be shipped in the order of reservation for each variation, such as color and handedness. We cannot speed up the delivery date.
After the item has been shipped, we will send information such as the tracking number to your registered email address. Please note that there will be no prior notification before shipping.
Cancellations are only accepted if you contact us by the business day before shipment. Please provide the following information via the inquiry form:
・Your name
・Email address used for the order
・Order No.
※ Refund policy (with fees) applies.
※ Cancellations on the day of shipment are not accepted. Please note that actual arrival may be earlier than scheduled.
You can change your shipping address during the pre-order period. If you wish to change it, please provide the following information via the inquiry form:
・Your name
・Email address used for the order
・Order No.
・New shipping address
※ Changing your address in your "Account Information" on the official website will not be reflected in the shipping address.
※ Address changes cannot be made once the item is being prepared for shipment or has been shipped. For changes after shipment, please contact the delivery company directly.
All items will be shipped together once they are all available (this also applies if you purchase in-stock items and pre-order items together). If you wish for items to be shipped as soon as they are available, please place separate orders for each.
Payment for the product is required at the time of pre-order, but by using Paidy, you can pay in 3 installments or use post-payment (convenience store payment, bank transfer, direct debit).
Changes are accepted during the pre-order period. If you wish to make a change, please provide the following information via the inquiry form:
・Your name
・Email address used for the order
・Order No.
・Desired product color/handedness
※ Please note that shipment may occur before the end of the pre-order period.
