Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and changes
In order to deliver your products to you as quickly as possible, the shipping procedure will begin automatically after your order has been confirmed.
Therefore, we are unable to accept changes to your order (adding products, changing the color or size, changing the address, applying coupon codes, etc.) or cancellations.
Please check the details carefully before confirming your order.
We do not accept exchanges for incorrect orders of products or colors. However, if you wish to receive a refund as store credit, we will issue store credit for the full amount paid, and you can reorder the desired product.
Please complete the procedure using the form at the bottom of this page within 7 days of receiving your product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns in any of the following cases. In such instances, the product may be returned to you cash on delivery, so please be aware of this in advance:
・If you do not notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
・If the product is not returned within 14 days of receipt (must arrive at our company within 14 days).
・Products that have been used or have leather cleaner applied.
・Products that have been damaged, soiled, or lost by the customer.
・Products that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches while in the customer's possession.
・If the product's accompanying box, tags, instruction manual, etc., have been soiled, damaged, or lost.
・Made-to-order products with engravings, customizations, etc.
・Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, you can choose one of the following refund methods:
■ Refund as store credit
We will refund the full amount of the product price plus the shipping fee at the time of delivery as store credit, which can be used for purchases in our store. (No expiration date)
■ Refund to your original payment method
We will refund the amount deducting the actual cost incurred for using the payment system and the actual shipping cost.
・Payment processing fee: 4% of the payment amount (equivalent to the payment system usage fee)
・Shipping fee: If the item was shipped with free shipping, the actual shipping cost at the time of shipment
(Delivery service: 880 yen / Post service: 440 yen / International shipping: 1600 yen)
*For returns from overseas, any customs duties, consumption taxes, etc., incurred at the time of return will be borne by the customer.
*Coupons cannot be reissued.
*After the refund process is completed, the timing of the funds being reflected in your account depends on the processing status of each payment company. Please contact each payment company for details.
About Exchanges for Initial Defects
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused if the delivered product is damaged, soiled, or defective.
If an initial defect is recognized, we will, in principle, replace it with a non-defective product. We kindly ask that you contact us using the form at the bottom of this page within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please note that natural leather is a material with individual differences, and there are individual differences in natural leather scratches, tiger stripes (scars/wrinkles), blood vessels, color, and the position and size of patterns. We cannot accept exchanges based on these reasons unless we determine that they are initial defects. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique characteristics of natural leather.
*Accessories such as cosmetic boxes may be reused.
Cases Where Exchanges for Initial Defects Cannot Be Accepted
In the following cases, exchanges will not be accepted. Please be aware that applicable products may be returned to you collect on delivery.
・If no claim is made within 7 days of product arrival
・If the product is not returned within 14 days of arrival (must reach us within 14 days)
・Products that have been used or have had leather cleaner applied
・Products that have been damaged, soiled, or lost by the customer
・Products that have acquired odors, dirt, or scratches by the customer
・If the box, tag, instruction manual, or other accessories included with the product have been soiled, damaged, or lost
If You Wish for a Refund
Returns and refunds will only be accepted exceptionally when an exchange is difficult, such as when a replacement product is unavailable or when the defect cannot be resolved through an exchange.
If you wish for a refund for any other reason, it will involve canceling your order, and therefore, the provisions of "About Refunds" will apply.
