Environmentally Friendly Packaging
From the perspective of environmental protection, SYRINX has eliminated plastic outer bags and now packages many products in paper sleeves. Due to the nature of paper materials, scuff marks and similar blemishes may occur during storage and transportation. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
Shipping Fees
Within Japan
- Orders of ¥5,000 or more: Free shipping
- Orders under ¥5,000: Shipping fee ¥440
* Shipping fees for the “Anywhere Showroom” service are special rates.
* Orders under ¥10,000 are shipped by postal service, and orders of ¥10,000 or more are shipped by courier service.
* The shipping carrier cannot be specified.
* If delivery is not possible, in addition to refund processing fees, we will charge the outbound shipping cost in the case of free shipping (¥880 for courier, ¥440 for postal service), as well as the return shipping fee from the carrier’s depot to us and a return handling fee of ¥1,540.
Outside Japan
- Orders of ¥20,000 or more: Free shipping
- Orders under ¥20,000: Shipping fee ¥1,600
* International shipping is available for orders totaling ¥10,000 or more.
* Japanese consumption tax does not apply to overseas shipments.
* Overseas shipments are made under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. Please note that import duties, consumption tax, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges may be incurred separately. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
* Under DDU terms, all customs clearance procedures at the destination country (including self-declaration, identity verification, tax payment, and arrangement for customs brokerage services) must be completed by the recipient. Please note that we are unable to intervene in the decisions of foreign customs authorities or participate directly in customs clearance procedures.
* In the event that delivery cannot be completed, the recipient will be responsible for the refund processing fee, as well as the original outbound shipping cost (even in cases of free shipping), and any actual expenses incurred by us for return shipping, customs duties, and taxes.
Shipping Schedule
Orders placed by around noon, Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays and the New Year holiday period), will generally be shipped on the same day.
* Pre-order and made-to-order items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in stock.

Requests to Help Prevent Misdelivery
- If you live in an apartment or condominium, please be sure to include the building name.
- Please ensure your name is clearly displayed on your mailbox.
Important Notes on Coverage
Postal delivery is made directly to your mailbox.
Once a shipment is marked as delivered, we are, in principle, unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage.
Please note that we cannot provide compensation or reshipment.
If any issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
