Warranty and Repairs

Based on the idea of "wanting to make the most of the life given," SYRINX aims to create a circular society with zero waste.

Leather from cows and pigs is a material that utilizes lives that would otherwise have been discarded.
To ensure you enjoy our products for a long time, we offer a lifetime warranty to all customers who purchase from our official website.



|Lifetime Warranty

SYRINX products do not come with a warranty card.
This is because we believe in taking continuous responsibility for the products we deliver to our customers, rather than issuing warranty cards with limited validity periods.

If the functionality of a product you purchased is compromised, please contact us using the "Inquiry Form" at the bottom of the page.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed as the cause, we will repair it free of charge, with you only bearing the cost of return shipping.
If repair is deemed difficult, we will assess the years of use and condition comprehensively and provide store credit up to the original purchase price.
Please note that in some situations, we may replace the item with an equivalent product.

Examples of Lifetime Warranty Coverage

  • Separation of bonded leather (excluding cases of severe leather damage, deterioration, or deformation)
  • Loose stitching due to manufacturing defects (excluding wear and tear or age-related changes)
  • Natural failure of metal hardware
  • Natural failure of speakers


|Repairs

If the lifetime warranty does not apply, we will inform you whether a repair is possible and its cost.

Examples where Lifetime Warranty does not apply

  • Damage, deterioration, or breakage due to intent or negligence
  • Damage, deterioration, deformation, or loose stitching due to use or age-related changes
  • Cracking of the edge (leather edge) at stitched areas


Important Notes

  • The warranty period for products purchased from us through channels other than the official website is 1 year.
  • Depending on the condition of the product you send us, we may not be able to accept it for repair.

  1. Consult us about warranty or repair using the form at the bottom of the page.
  2. After confirming the details, we will send you a guidance email.
  3. Please return the product to the address below, following the instructions in the guidance email.
  4. 4. Once the repair is complete, we will contact you by email and send the product back to you.
