Refund policy

At SYRINX, we in principle accept returns only for items in unused condition.
If you wish to request a return, please submit your request via the form at the bottom of this page within 7 days of the product’s arrival. If items are returned to us without prior notice, we may refuse to accept the parcel or return it to you freight collect.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns in any of the following cases.
Items falling under any of the cases below will be returned to you freight collect.

・ If you do not contact us within 7 days of delivery
・ If the item is not returned to us within 14 days of delivery (the item must arrive at our office within 14 days)
・ Any item that has been used, or to which leather cleaner or similar products have been applied
・ Any item that has been damaged, soiled, or lost while in your possession
・ Any item to which odors, stains, scratches, or similar traces have adhered while in your possession
・ If the product’s accessories such as boxes, tags, or instruction leaflets have been soiled, damaged, or lost
・ Any made-to-order item that has been customized, such as with engraving
・ Any item for which “Not eligible for return or exchange” is indicated on the product page

Returned items will be inspected by us upon arrival, and eligibility for return will be determined based on their condition.

※ Please use a shipping method that provides a tracking number (record), such as Letter Pack Light or Yu-Packet.
※ For returns due to the customer’s convenience, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
※ For returns due to our fault, please send the parcel freight collect (within Japan only). For returns from overseas, please ship prepaid.
