We are pleased to announce that as of today, SYRINX, which has been operating as a business unit of Hirotaka Sato Architects & Associates and as a private office, has been incorporated as "SYRINX LLC" and is starting anew.

Please note that today is "Butsumetsu" (a day considered inauspicious in the Japanese traditional calendar).

While generally considered the unluckiest day, "Butsumetsu" (仏滅 or 物滅) can also mean "things returning to nothingness, and starting anew."

SYRINX aims to "return to its origins and strive for new challenges" rather than seeking "Taian" (大安 - a day of great luck and peace).

With this sentiment in mind, we intentionally chose Butsumetsu as our establishment date.
