SYRINX has, until now, developed its business through various sales channels such as wholesale, retail stores, Amazon, Makuake, Campfire, and Mirai Shopping.

However, we have gradually been transitioning to a pure D2C (Direct to Consumer) model.

This year, that effort was completed, and we achieved a complete shift to D2C by consolidating all sales to our own e-commerce site. In this article, we will explain in detail why SYRINX is focusing on D2C.
